A real time nightlife meetup room for adults 21 and over: see who is out, post a short live video from where the night is, and meet for a drink at a public bar. It is not a marketplace. Nothing is ever for sale between members, no money changes hands between members, and payment or solicitation language is blocked by the app itself.
Making an account, browsing who is out, reading the map, receiving and answering invites, reporting and blocking are free, always, and do not require a membership.
A membership buys deeper verification, the badge that goes with it and extra profile photos. It never changes who you can see or who can see you: the room is the same for everyone in it.
Prices above are the ones in force on the date at the top of this page. The purchase screen inside the app always shows the current price and billing period, and that is the one that applies to you.
A live video post costs $5.00 each, charged per post, not on a subscription. Posting is free during the launch window; the app shows the countdown and the price it turns into on the screen where you post. Where a card is saved for reuse, it is only charged with your explicit permission, and that permission can be withdrawn in the app at any time.
Cancel any time from your profile inside the app. Canceling stops the next renewal; the membership stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not pro-rated. Where the app is installed from a store, a purchase made through that store is canceled and refunded under that store's own terms.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach this app. Payments are taken by the owner of MEET-HER-4-DRINKS, who is the merchant of record for them.
Your videos and photos stay yours. You give MEET-HER-4-DRINKS permission to show them inside the app to the members your own settings allow, for as long as you keep them up. Live posts expire on their own after about 30 minutes. Deleting your account takes your posts down.
An account can be suspended or closed for breaking the Safety & Legal Compliance Agreement, for a failed or falsified verification, or for conduct that puts another member at risk. Reports are read by a person.
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Where MEET-HER-4-DRINKS is downloaded from the Apple App Store, and no separate license is presented, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies.
Verification confirms that an ID and a selfie were reviewed and matched. It is not a background check, and it is not a promise about anybody's behavior. Meet in public, arrange your own ride, tell somebody where you are going. The app gives you Share your plan, Report and Block for exactly that reason.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
