Who is allowed here at all

This app is for adults aged 21 and over. Nobody under 21 may create an account, hold an account, or appear in anything posted to it.

• Every member enters a date of birth at the door, and a date of birth under 21 is refused entry.
• Going live, posting, messaging and meeting anyone require a verification pass: a government ID and a selfie, reviewed by a person, matched to each other and checked for age.
• An account that is found to belong to a minor is closed immediately and its content is taken down, whether or not anything else happened.

What is prohibited

• Child sexual abuse material, in any form, including drawn, generated or computer-made imagery.
• Sexualising a minor in a photo, video, profile, caption, message or invite.
• Grooming, or any attempt to make contact with a minor for a sexual purpose.
• Trafficking, recruiting, advertising, selling, buying or arranging access to a minor.
• Asking for, offering to send, or trading sexual imagery of a minor.
• Helping someone else do any of the above, or holding an account for someone under 21.

These are also the terms every member accepts before entering the app, in the User Safety & Legal Compliance Agreement, sections 5 and 26.

How to report it, inside the app

Every profile, every video and every message thread carries a Report control. The first reason on the list is “A minor, or sexual content involving a minor”, and choosing it puts the report at the top of the review queue ahead of everything else, day or night.

You do not have to be certain, and you do not have to explain yourself. Report it and a person looks at it.

You can also block the account at the same time, which removes the two of you from each other everywhere in the app.

How to report it from outside the app

You do not need an account to tell us. Write to the child safety contact below and it is read by a person.

What we do when a report comes in

1. Remove. The content comes down and the account is suspended while it is looked at. Nobody waits for a conclusion first.
2. Preserve. The material, the account records and the surrounding activity are preserved for law enforcement rather than quietly deleted.
3. Report. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (CyberTipline, 1-800-843-5678) and, where the law requires it, to law enforcement.
4. Ban. The account is closed for good, and we act to keep the same person from coming back on a new one.
5. Cooperate. We answer lawful requests from law enforcement and preserve records on request.

Reporting it yourself

Anyone can report suspected child sexual exploitation directly, and should not wait for us:

• NCMEC CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678
• In an emergency, or if a child is in immediate danger, call 911

Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the United States, including the reporting duty under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and with the child safety standards policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store. Members are also bound by our published safety agreement, which prohibits the conduct on this page and is accepted before entering the app.

These standards are reviewed as the law and the store policies change, and the date at the top of this page is the last time they were.
