How MEET-HER-4-DRINKS handles your information.
A real time nightlife meetup room for adults 21 and over: see who is out, meet for a drink at a public bar. It is not a marketplace. Nothing is ever for sale between members, and payment or solicitation language is blocked by the app itself.
Your email and cell number, so you can sign in and get a code. Your profile: name, birthday (to confirm you are 21+), photos, bio and the details you choose to add. Short videos you post, which expire on their own. Invites, chats tied to those invites, and reports you send. If you verify, the result of the check and its date; the ID and selfie you upload are for that human review.
We use it to run the room: show live posts to people nearby, carry invites, and keep unverified accounts from going live. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Your profile shows your first name, age, photos, bio and details. Your email and cell number are never shown to other members. Live posts show your video and the venue you tagged, to members within the radius you chose, and they expire after about 30 minutes. Card payments, when they switch on, are handled by Stripe and card details never reach us.
We answer lawful requests from law enforcement, and we say so here so that nobody has to guess. A request has to come from a law enforcement agency on official letterhead or from an official email address, to Info@meether4drinks.com, and it has to name the account and the records it is asking for.
What happens then: an emergency involving a risk of death or serious physical injury is answered straight away. Anything else needs valid legal process, and we give only what that process actually covers. We do not hand over member records on an informal ask. We preserve records for 90 days on a written preservation request while process is obtained. Where the law allows it, we tell the member their records were asked for.
Child sexual abuse material is the one exception to all of it: it is preserved, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and referred to law enforcement without waiting to be asked. That is set out in full in our child safety standards.
We send a sign-in code by text or email, whichever you pick. That is what the number is for.
You can delete it inside the app under your profile, or right here, and you do not need the app installed to do it. Deleting signs you out everywhere, hides your profile, and takes down your posts. It cannot be undone.

MEET-HER-4-DRINKS is for adults 21 and over, verified by ID. It is not directed at children, and nobody under 21 may hold an account. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation: read the child safety standards, which set out what is prohibited, how to report it inside and outside the app, and what we do when a report arrives.
