MH4D is a 21+ nightlife and social platform for verified adults. This page collects the disclaimer, the contract terms, the privacy and safety policies, and the reporting routes in one place. The User Safety & Legal Compliance Disclaimer Agreement that every member accepts before entering the app sits alongside this page and governs conduct.
MH4D is built as a 21+ platform. Age is checked at the door, again against a government ID, and a selfie is matched to that ID.
This page and the MH4D app carry the standard RTA label in their page code, so parental filtering software can recognize MH4D as an adult-restricted service and keep it off a minor's device. The label is applied by MH4D and is not a rating issued by another organization.
MH4D does not display an ASACP badge and makes no claim of ASACP membership or verification. If ASACP issues MH4D a membership button and verification link, they will appear here and nowhere before then.
Sexual content involving a minor, and any attempt to use MH4D to reach a minor, is reported and the account is removed. Anyone can report it from inside the app, and anyone can report it directly to NCMEC or call 911.
This agreement is between the individual accessing or using MEET-HER-4-DRINKS ("you" or "User") and the owner and operator of MEET-HER-4-DRINKS ("MH4D", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a membership, using location features, posting content, or using Invite and Meet Now, you agree to these terms and to the policies collected on this page.
In exchange, MH4D provides access to the platform, its software, its discovery tools, its membership features, its verification tools, its safety features and its location-enabled services. Where you buy a paid membership, the fee and the features it unlocks are additional consideration for this agreement.
Where the law requires fresh consent to a change, MH4D asks for it again before you keep using the affected feature.
Use MH4D lawfully, respectfully, and for adult social and nightlife purposes. You may not use MH4D, directly or indirectly, to:
MH4D investigates suspected violations, and can warn, restrict, re-verify, remove content from, suspend or close an account where that is reasonably necessary to protect members or the platform. A person reads every report.
While you keep to these terms, MH4D grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the MH4D app and its services for their intended lawful purposes.
That license transfers no ownership. Except where the law expressly allows it, you may not:
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MH4D and its licensors. The license ends when your account is closed or when you are no longer authorized to use the service.
To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MH4D, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, successors and agents against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, penalties, fines, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from:
MH4D may take over the defense of a matter covered by this section, and you agree to cooperate reasonably if it does. Nothing here requires a consumer to indemnify MH4D for MH4D's own conduct where the law prohibits that.
MH4D provides technology for adult social discovery and voluntary meetup coordination. MH4D does not control, and cannot guarantee, the identity, statements, intentions, sobriety, criminal history, conduct, location accuracy, attendance or future behavior of another member. Verification confirms that an ID and a selfie were reviewed and matched. It is not a background check and it is not a promise about anybody's behavior.
To the maximum extent the law allows, MH4D and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use MH4D, even where the possibility was known.
To the maximum extent the law allows, MH4D is not responsible for losses caused solely by:
MH4D's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
MH4D may send you notices by email, in-app notification, account message, SMS where you have consented to it, or publication inside the app.
Keep your contact details current and read the notices sent to your account.
Notices to MH4D go to Info@meether4drinks.com: support, privacy requests, safety concerns and legal correspondence are all read there. Safety reports are fastest through the report button inside the app, which puts the case straight into the review queue.
Writing to a general support address is not formal service of legal process unless the law says otherwise.
MH4D's software, interface, branding, logos, graphics, databases, original text, designs and compilations are protected by intellectual-property law.
Your videos and photos stay yours. By posting them you give MH4D the license it needs to host, store, display, format, transmit and moderate that content in order to run, secure and promote the service, on the terms set out here and in the privacy policy. Live posts expire on their own after about 30 minutes, and closing your account takes your posts down.
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use. Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA policy below.
These terms, together with the User Safety & Legal Compliance Disclaimer Agreement, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the child safety standards, the meetup, location and billing policies on this page, and any terms presented for a particular feature, are the agreement governing use of MH4D.
If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the provision is enforced or narrowed to the minimum extent needed to make it lawful.
Not enforcing a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your account or your rights under these terms without MH4D's written consent. MH4D may assign its rights and obligations in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation or sale of assets, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.
Using MH4D does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary or franchise relationship between you and MH4D.
Venues, payment providers, verification providers, map providers, telecommunications providers and app stores have their own terms and privacy policies. Appearing in MH4D does not make them employees or agents of MH4D.
To the extent the law allows, MH4D is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government action, labor disruption, cyberattack or utility outages.
Headings are for convenience and do not limit the provisions under them.
Provisions that by their nature should outlast an account, including intellectual-property protections, indemnities, lawful limitations of liability, legal-process provisions and amounts already owed, survive termination to the extent the law allows.
Except where consumer law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
MH4D updates these terms when law, features, technology, safety practice or business operations reasonably require it. Material changes are notified, and fresh consent is taken where the law requires it.
MH4D is a 21+ Las Vegas nightlife social platform. By creating an account, buying a membership, using location services, posting content or using Invite and Meet Now, you agree to these policies.

MH4D collects what it needs to run and protect the service: account details, profile content, age and identity verification information, device and security data, transaction information, and location when you grant permission.
That information is used to run accounts, verify age and identity, process memberships, provide discovery and meetup features, detect fraud, investigate complaints, provide safety features, meet legal obligations and protect members.
It is shared with the service providers needed for identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, hosting, communications, security and support, and it is disclosed where valid legal process requires it or where there is an emergency involving a risk of death or serious injury.
MH4D does not show your raw GPS coordinates to anyone. Distance between members is rounded before it is stored, so another member sees "about a mile away" and never a position on a map.

Every profile, post and thread in the app has a report button. Reasons include child safety, harassment or threats, fake or misleading profiles, impersonation, fraud, stalking, unwanted sexual conduct, suspected trafficking, unlawful solicitation, underage members, inappropriate video or photographs, and copyright.
A person reviews every report. MH4D can warn, remove content, restrict features, require further verification, suspend or close an account, preserve records, and refer a matter to the authorities. A report involving a minor goes to the top of the queue.
Blocking is separate and immediate: block someone and the two of you disappear from each other everywhere in the app.

MH4D's own reporting system is not a substitute for reporting a crime to the police. You can contact law enforcement whether or not you also report it inside the app.
MH4D responds to lawful requests for information consistent with applicable law: subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, summonses, preservation requests and other legally authorized demands.
A request should identify the requesting agency and authorized representative, contact details, the case or investigation number, the specific account identifiers, the records sought, the date range, and the legal authority relied on.
MH4D may object to a request that is invalid, overbroad, unduly burdensome or legally defective.
Requests go to Info@meether4drinks.com. An emergency involving a risk of death or serious injury is answered straight away; everything else needs valid legal process, and MH4D hands over only what that process covers. The procedure is set out in full in the privacy policy.
Meet Now and Invite let adults voluntarily say they would like to meet socially. Sending or accepting an invitation never removes either person's right to decline, cancel, leave or change their mind.
Membership types differ in price, benefits and billing period. Before you buy, the app shows the price, the billing frequency, what is included, the renewal terms and how to cancel, and the price on that screen is the one that applies to you.
An automatically renewing membership continues until you cancel it. Canceling stops the next renewal and leaves your membership live until the end of the period you have already paid for. A purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play is canceled and refunded under that store's own process.
A failed or fraudulent payment can suspend, downgrade or restrict an account, subject to applicable law. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and card numbers never reach the app.

MH4D respects intellectual-property rights. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission or another lawful basis. MH4D removes or disables access to allegedly infringing material after receiving a legally sufficient DMCA notice, and closes the accounts of repeat infringers.
A DMCA notice must identify the copyrighted work, identify the material said to infringe it and where it is in the app, give your contact details, include the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and carry the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent. A counter-notification follows the same requirements.

MH4D uses device location for geofenced discovery, I'M OUT, live posts, distance, nearby member discovery, venue recommendations, meetup coordination, fraud prevention and safety features.
I certify that I am at least 21 years old. I have read and agree to the MH4D Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Meetup Policy, Location and Geofencing Policy, Membership and Billing Policy, the community and safety rules, and the related legal policies on this page.
That acceptance is taken at the door, before anyone reaches the app, on the User Safety & Legal Compliance Disclaimer Agreement, where every required acknowledgment must be ticked before the button works. Each acceptance is recorded on the MH4D server, not merely on the member's phone: the account, the date and time, the version of the document accepted, which acknowledgments were ticked, and the session information needed to evidence it.
