• Create or maintain an MH4D account if under 21;
• Misrepresent their age to gain access;
• Create an account for a minor;
• Permit a minor to access or use their account;
• Misrepresent a minor as an adult; or
• Knowingly use MH4D to facilitate prohibited activity involving a minor.

MH4D may employ age, identity, selfie, liveness, telephone, biometric, fraud-prevention, or other verification and safety measures consistent with applicable law and platform policy.

A verification badge or successful verification does not constitute a guarantee by MH4D regarding another user's identity, intentions, conduct, background, or safety.

2. PURPOSE OF MEET HER 4 DRINKS

MH4D is designed to facilitate lawful social interaction among consenting adults. Subject to platform policies and applicable law, members may use MH4D to:

• Meet and socialize with other adults;
• Arrange lawful dates;
• Discover bars, lounges, casinos, nightclubs, restaurants, and entertainment venues;
• Discover nightlife events;
• Attend social gatherings;
• Communicate with other adult members;
• Share lawful profile photographs and videos;
• Use location-based social discovery;
• Participate in lawful nightlife activities; and
• Arrange other lawful adult social experiences.

An MH4D invitation is an invitation to socialize. It is not an agreement for sexual activity or commercial sexual services.

3. NO PROSTITUTION OR UNLAWFUL COMMERCIAL SEXUAL SERVICES

I WILL NOT USE MEET HER 4 DRINKS TO BUY, SELL, ADVERTISE, SOLICIT, NEGOTIATE, ARRANGE, PROMOTE, OR FACILITATE UNLAWFUL COMMERCIAL SEXUAL SERVICES.

Users may not use MH4D to offer, request, negotiate, advertise, arrange, promote, facilitate, purchase, or sell sexual activity in exchange for money or another thing of value where prohibited by applicable law.

Prohibited transactions may include unlawful sexual services offered or requested in exchange for cash; credit or debit payments; electronic payments; digital-wallet payments; gifts; hotel accommodations; travel; casino benefits; entertainment; merchandise; financial assistance; tips; donations; sponsorships; or another payment, benefit, service, or thing of value where the transaction constitutes unlawful commercial sexual activity.

Users may not post prices, rates, menus, packages, fees, or other offers for unlawful sexual services.

Users may not use profile descriptions, photographs, videos, symbols, abbreviations, coded terminology, emojis, pricing, or other communications for the purpose of advertising or disguising prohibited commercial-sex solicitation.

Describing a prohibited transaction as a "date," "gift," "tip," "donation," "sponsorship," or similar arrangement does not make otherwise unlawful conduct permissible.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SEX TRAFFICKING

I WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN, PROMOTE, ASSIST, OR FACILITATE SEX TRAFFICKING.

MH4D maintains zero tolerance for human trafficking and sex trafficking.

Users may not use the platform to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, maintain, patronize, solicit, advertise, coordinate, or otherwise facilitate another person's exploitation through conduct prohibited by applicable trafficking laws.

Users may not use or threaten force; violence; fraud; coercion; intimidation; blackmail; financial control; abuse of vulnerability; confiscation or control of identification; threats against another person or family member; physical restraint; or other unlawful coercive conduct to cause or attempt to cause another person to participate in prohibited activity.

5. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR EXPLOITATION OF MINORS

I WILL NOT USE THIS PLATFORM FOR ANY SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OR TRAFFICKING OF A MINOR.

MH4D maintains zero tolerance for sexual exploitation or trafficking involving minors. Users may not use MH4D to:

• Recruit a minor for unlawful sexual activity;
• Solicit a minor;
• Advertise a minor for sexual activity;
• Arrange or facilitate prohibited sexual activity involving a minor;
• Groom or attempt to groom a minor for sexual exploitation;
• Traffic or exploit a minor;
• Misrepresent a minor as an adult;
• Facilitate another person's exploitation of a minor;
• Request unlawful sexual content involving a minor; or
• Upload, distribute, exchange, advertise, request, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or other illegal sexual content involving minors.

A minor's purported willingness or consent does not make unlawful conduct permissible.

6. NO THIRD-PARTY COMMERCIAL-SEX SOLICITATION

Users may not use MH4D to manage, advertise, recruit for, profit from, or facilitate another person's unlawful commercial sexual activity. Prohibited uses include:

• Advertising another person's unlawful sexual services;
• Recruiting another person into prostitution or sex trafficking;
• Finding customers for unlawful commercial sexual services;
• Managing appointments involving prohibited commercial sexual activity;
• Collecting payments connected with prohibited sexual activity;
• Operating an unlawful prostitution or commercial-sex enterprise through MH4D; or
• Knowingly obtaining prohibited financial benefits from trafficking activity.

7. CONSENT & PERSONAL BOUNDARIES

A DATE IS NOT CONSENT. MONEY IS NOT CONSENT. A GIFT IS NOT CONSENT. AN INVITATION IS NOT CONSENT.

Agreeing to meet another MH4D member does not create an entitlement to sexual activity.

Consent to meet is not consent to sexual activity.

Consent to go on a date is not consent to sexual activity.

Consent to enter a nightclub, casino, hotel, residence, vehicle, or other location is not by itself consent to sexual activity.

Consent must be voluntary. Consent to one activity does not automatically constitute consent to another activity. Consent may be withdrawn.

MH4D does not guarantee that another member will meet you, remain at a meeting, develop a relationship with you, or engage in romantic or sexual activity.

8. MH4D FEATURES ARE FOR LAWFUL SOCIAL USE

MH4D features are intended to facilitate lawful adult social and nightlife interaction. These features may include:

• Member profiles
• Verification badges
• Venue discovery
• Location and geofencing
• Nightlife alerts
• Guest passes
• Member messaging
• Check-ins
• Safety features
• Other MH4D social and nightlife features

Use of an MH4D feature does not constitute an offer, advertisement, solicitation, agreement, or authorization for unlawful commercial sexual services.

A person's profile, photographs, videos, profile description, verification status, location, availability, I'm Out status, Go Live video, or acceptance of an invitation does not constitute an offer of sexual services.

9. FEDERAL LAW COMPLIANCE

All MH4D users must comply with applicable federal law. Applicable federal laws may include, without limitation:

FOSTA-SESTA. MH4D prohibits use of its platform for conduct prohibited by applicable federal laws addressing sex trafficking and certain prostitution-related conduct facilitated through online platforms.

18 U.S.C. § 1591. Users may not engage in conduct prohibited by federal sex-trafficking law, including applicable prohibitions concerning sex trafficking of children or trafficking involving force, fraud, coercion, or other circumstances specified by law.

18 U.S.C. §§ 2421–2424. Users must comply with applicable federal laws concerning transportation and related conduct involving prostitution or other unlawful sexual activity.

Nothing within MH4D authorizes conduct prohibited by these or any other applicable federal laws.

10. NEVADA LAW COMPLIANCE

Users located in Nevada or engaging in activity subject to Nevada jurisdiction must comply with applicable Nevada law. Relevant Nevada statutes may include, where applicable:

• NRS 201.300, NRS 201.301, NRS 201.353, NRS 201.354, NRS 201.380, NRS 201.430
• NRS 200.467, NRS 200.468
• NRS 207.203, NRS 244.345(9), NRS 368A.057, NRS 368A.058

These statutes and other Nevada laws may regulate or prohibit particular activities involving prostitution, solicitation, trafficking, exploitation, regulated businesses, licensing, entertainment, admissions, taxation, or related conduct depending upon the circumstances.

Nothing within MH4D constitutes permission or authorization to violate Nevada law.

11. CLARK COUNTY CODE COMPLIANCE

Where Clark County ordinances have jurisdiction, MH4D users must comply with applicable provisions of the Clark County Code, including, where relevant: Chapter 8.32, Chapter 6.140 and Chapter 12.08.

Nothing on MH4D authorizes a person or business to conduct an activity requiring a license, permit, registration, approval, or other governmental authorization without obtaining and maintaining the authorization required by applicable law.

Users and businesses remain independently responsible for determining and complying with applicable Clark County requirements.

12. CITY OF LAS VEGAS MUNICIPAL CODE COMPLIANCE

Where the City of Las Vegas has jurisdiction, MH4D users must comply with applicable provisions of the Las Vegas Municipal Code (LVMC), including LVMC Chapter 6.57.

Users and businesses remain independently responsible for compliance with applicable municipal licensing, business, safety, zoning, and other legal requirements.

Clark County and the incorporated City of Las Vegas are separate jurisdictions. The laws applicable to a particular venue or activity may therefore depend upon its actual location.

13. NO LICENSE OR GOVERNMENT AUTHORIZATION CREATED BY MH4D

An MH4D account, membership, verification, profile, badge, venue listing, invitation, guest pass, payment, or other platform feature does not constitute a government license; a business license; a regulatory permit; government approval; legal certification; authorization to provide regulated services; or authorization to engage in conduct prohibited by law.

Each user and participating business is independently responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, registrations, or governmental approvals legally required for their activities.

14. REPORTING, SAFETY & ENFORCEMENT

MH4D reserves the right, consistent with applicable law and platform policies, to review suspected violations of this Agreement, its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Appropriate enforcement may include:

• Removing prohibited content;
• Restricting account functionality;
• Requiring additional verification;
• Suspending accounts;
• Permanently terminating accounts;
• Preventing terminated users from creating replacement accounts where appropriate;
• Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate;
• Responding to valid subpoenas, warrants, court orders, and other lawful legal process; and
• Taking other actions required or permitted by applicable law.

Suspected human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation of minors, coercion, threats, violence, or other serious prohibited conduct may receive immediate safety review.

15. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Every user is personally responsible for complying with applicable federal, Nevada, Clark County, City of Las Vegas, and other applicable local laws.

MH4D does not authorize, encourage, endorse, or knowingly facilitate prostitution; unlawful commercial sexual services; sex trafficking; human trafficking; sexual exploitation of minors; forced sexual activity; coercion; unlawful sexual solicitation; or other conduct prohibited by applicable law.

The availability of a feature on MH4D does not mean that every possible use of that feature is lawful.

16. MH4D PHOTO POLICY

Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, corsets, stockings, robes, lace and sheer pieces, boudoir and glamour photography are allowed. A revealing, suggestive or provocative photo is not a violation on its own.

What is never allowed: visible genitals, visible female nipples, sexual activity of any kind, and pornographic or graphic sexual imagery. Those come down, and the account is reviewed.

Identity documents and verification selfies are reviewed privately and are never shown on your profile. Identification numbers, home addresses and dates of birth are never displayed publicly.
