What Bible Word Search Showdown keeps, and what it does with it.
Your mobile number, because that is how you sign in. The name you pick for yourself, the avatar you wear, your coins, and your race record: races, wins, best time and streak. That is the whole list.
No email address, no address, no card, no contacts, no location, and nothing read off your phone.
We use it to sign you in and to run races between players. Your name, avatar and record are what another player sees when they race you or read the leaderboard. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
The name you pick, your avatar, and your record. Mobile numbers are never shown to another player anywhere in the app.
We text you a six digit code when you sign in. Race notifications are off unless you turn them on yourself, under Settings, and you can turn them back off in the same place. Standard message rates from your carrier apply.
You can delete it from inside the app under Settings, or from the page below without the app installed. It is immediate and permanent: your number, your name, your avatar, your coins and your whole race history go, and there is no archive to restore from.
It takes a code texted to the number on the account, so that nobody can wipe your streak by typing your number.
A race you already finished stays on your opponent's record with your name taken off it, the same as a scorecard they wrote down themselves.
Bible Word Search Showdown is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep information from them. Signing in needs a mobile number.
Everything sits in a private database, reachable only by the app's own server. Sign in is a one time code, so there is no password of yours for anyone to lose.
Any change shows up here, on this page, and this is the copy that applies.
