The name you picked and the avatar you wear
Your coins and every avatar you unlocked
Your record: races, wins, best time and streak
Your race history and your notices
Any race you were waiting on or in the middle of

The one thing that stays

A race you already finished stays on your opponent's record with your name taken off it. Their scorecard is theirs, the same as one they wrote down on paper.

Rather keep the account and stop the texts?

You do not have to delete anything to go quiet. Open the app, tap Me, and turn off "Text me about races". Your record and your avatars stay where they are.
