StylBar Connexion is where barbers, stylists, braiders, locticians, nail techs, makeup artists, eyelash technicians, estheticians, tattoo artists, masseuses and fashion designers take bookings, show the work that wins them, and run the business side. This page is for when something is not doing what you expect.
Say what you were doing and what happened. If it is about a booking, include the day and the chair.
stylbarconnexion@gmail.comA real person answers. There is no phone queue and no bot.
The code is a text, so check the number you typed and that the phone has signal. Ask for a fresh one after a minute rather than retyping the old one, because a code lasts ten minutes and dies when a new one is sent. A code is six digits.
One number can hold both. Sign in the ordinary way and the app asks which side you mean. Nothing is duplicated: the same number, two accounts, and you can delete either on its own.
Your number is your sign in, so email us from the address on your account and we move it by hand. Nothing on the account changes.
Open a professional's page, pick the service, and the times you see are the times they are genuinely free. Booking asks for your name and number, and the professional gets it straight away.
Both sides can cancel from the booking itself. A professional can set a notice period and a fee for canceling inside it, and that is shown before you book, never after. Fees are recorded against the appointment and settled with the professional directly.
A professional can ask for a deposit as a percentage of the service. StylBar Connexion does not take a card and does not hold your money: the deposit is agreed and recorded on the appointment, and the professional collects it the way they already collect.
Join their waitlist from their page and you are told when something opens up.
Post a photo or a reel, tag the service on it, and that post becomes bookable. That is the whole idea: somebody picks the haircut, not the name.
Set your week under Calendar. A day with no hours is a day off and disappears from what clients can book.
Starter is free and carries ten bookings a month. Pro and Elite lift that and add the business side. You choose a plan inside the app under Me, and nothing charges you without you doing that.
A shop owner adds chairs by number, sets each one's hours, and sees the whole floor's bookings and takings in one place. A professional can belong to one shop at a time.
Tap the three dots at the top of any post or reel, or the small flag beside any comment, and pick a reason: nudity or sexual content, hate speech or harassment, violence or threats, spam or a scam, somebody using your work, impersonation, illegal or unsafe, or something else. The person you reported is never told who reported them. Every report goes to StylBar and is read.
Same three dots, then Block. It works straight away and it works both ways: their posts and reels leave your feed, yours leave theirs, neither of you can message the other, and any follow between you is dropped. They are not told. Everybody you have blocked is listed under Me, and one tap takes it back.
StylBar reviews reports and removes anything that breaks the rules. A removed post or comment disappears from the feed, from Reels, from the professional's page and from search. Nothing is deleted outright, so a report answered wrongly can be put back.
Under Me. Turning off "Accepting bookings" also takes you out of the directory without touching your work or your history.
From inside the app under Me, or from the deletion page, which works whether or not the app is installed. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
The short version: your number, your profile, your work and your bookings. No card details, ever. The long version is the privacy policy.
Email the address above with the screen you were on and what you tapped. A screenshot is worth five paragraphs. Bugs get fixed on the live app, so you do not have to update anything to get the fix.
