BRILLIANCE
BRILLIANCE THE AI is a highly disruptive software concept, by combining a B2B SaaS
platform with a mobile-first AI field-service tool, BRILLIANCE is addressing two massive pain points:
maximizing ATM uptime and solving the skilled labor shortage in field engineering.
BRILLIANCE architecture creates unprecedented value by turning a traditionally reactive
industry into a proactive, predictable one.
BRILLIANCE ALL IN ONE FEATURES
01
Predictive Monitoring & Health Dashboard
- Edge Telemetry: ingest continuous IoT data streams (XFS standards, SNMP alerts,
component temperature, voltage, and dispenser cycles).
- AI Diagnostics: detects anomaly patterns. Instead of waiting for a “Dispenser Jam”
error, BRILLIANCE predicts it 24 hours in advance based on slight motor strain fluctuations.
02
Advanced Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Cash Optimization: BRILLIANCE THE AI predicts exactly when an ATM will run out of cash
based on historical usage, local events, weather, and holidays. This drastically cuts down on
armored car (CIT) transit costs.
- SLA Compliance Tracking: BRILLIANCE automatically logs every failure, dispatch time, and
resolution time to score internal teams or third party vendors against contracts.
03
Mobile AI Expert Field Service Assistance
This mobile feature is the true differentiator. It acts as an elite, virtual
“co-pilot” for field technicians, bringing decades of master-engineer knowledge directly to
their fingertips.
Multimodal AI Diagnostics (Computer Vision)
- Visual Error Diagnostics: the technician opens the ATM vault, points their smartphone
camera at the circuit board or mechanical gears, and the AI instantly highlights the exact fault
location.
- Document & Manual Ingestion: BRILLIANCE can ingest thousands of pages of proprietary
technical manuals, schematics, and patch notes from major manufacturers. The technician can ask,
“How do I recalibrate the feed module on an NCR 84?” and receive a distilled, step by step
text or voice answer.
Automated Close-Out & Knowledge Capture
- Dictated Work Orders: upon completion the tech simply speaks the closing text to
BRILLIANCE, and BRILLIANCE automatically converts it into a structured, professional compliance
report.
- Crowdsourced Learning: if a technician finds a novel way to fix a recurring bug,
BRILLIANCE logs it, sanitizes it, and updates the global knowledge base for all other technicians
instantly.
Voice-Guided Hands Free Operation
- BRILLIANCE voice activation lets technicians troubleshoot while both hands are inside the
machine.
- Ask it to take the photo: say “take a picture of the card reader” and the camera opens,
the shot is tagged with what you said and it lands on the call you are working.
Photo & Video Proof on Every Call
- Shot on site, submitted with the closed call: arrival, the serial plate, every module
screen healthy, the fault, the part fitted, the machine back in service. Photos and video both,
filed against the ticket rather than sitting in a phone gallery.
- Pictures on a bill lead: the shots of what you found travel with the lead, so the fleet
owner approves billable work looking at the damage instead of a description of it.
- A floor the fleet sets: a fleet owner can require a number of photos before any call is
allowed to close, and a technician cannot close short of it.
04
Bill Lead Capture on Every Call
Every visit is revenue the fleet owner has not asked for yet. A technician sent for a
card reader who spots a cracked camera lens logs it on the call before he leaves the site.
- Logged where the work is: a bill lead is created from the call itself, on any call, open or
closed, and it carries the machine, the man who found it and what it is worth.
- Straight to a decision: every lead lands on the fleet owner's board to be approved or
declined, and approved billable work is counted in reporting alongside uptime and SLA.
05
Technicians Receive Calls Via Text and Email
A call is no use sitting on a board nobody is looking at. The moment it is assigned,
by a dispatcher or by the engine at three in the morning, it goes to the technician on the two
channels he actually carries.
- The whole call in the notification: reference, machine, location, the part it needs, the
SLA clock and why it came to him, so he knows whether to move before he opens anything.
- Text and email are independent: email goes out on its own, text on its own, and a
technician can have either, both or neither. One channel failing never costs him the other.
- The fleet decides who gets texted: text is switched on for the fleet and then per person,
on whoever carries a phone, so nobody is messaged who did not need to be.
